Event Overview
- Tuesday, May 12 will be the stage structure build, beginning in the AM and continuing through the evening.
- Wednesday, May 13 will feature late night and overnight crews coming in to handle production work including sound, lighting, and rigging.
- Thursday, May 14 serves as a contingency day for any cleanup or adjustments needed. (expect smaller crew).
- Friday, May 15 is the show Load in day. will need people for LOAD IN.
- Saturday, May 16 is the 2nd show and load-out. LOOKING FOR 200 hands
Need to Knows:
Parking is currently TBA.
Maps will be posted on our website showing designated parking areas.
Expect a minimum of eight hour shifts, possibly longer.
Wear a good pair of sturdy shoes — there will be a lot of walking and carrying. Come prepared for semi-outdoor weather conditions. Bring your own hard hat and gloves if you have them. If you own a crescent wrench, bring that as well. This work will be very similar to the NFL draft event.
